Ordered sheets for my daughter and son in law as Christmas gift on 11/28. Voucher from Living Social says "product will be delivered 2 weeks from redemption".

When the package had not arrived by 12/19, I emailed company. I received an email back yesterday saying "Sorry, your order is back-ordered. Have a nice day". Usually when an order is on back order, you get notification from the company.

No present for my daughter-in-law for Christmas, and disgusted with this company.

If you are going to offer a deal on Living Social, shouldn't you anticipate high volume??? And if you can't fulfill your promises, shouldn't you have the courage to tell you customers so?

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Product and customer service, Poor quality poor customer service, Any of the experince with them, Hard to contact.
